Hello Students and Parents,
Today we began our chemical investigations by looking at a paint can filled with natural gas. We exposed it to a flame and observed the demonstration. Students were asked to draw particles diagrams of different times in the paint can. We discussed that we needed better techniques for drawing particle diagrams and discussed that we will be working over the next few weeks to come up with a consistent way of communicating our results. Today's opening day was a very good day and I am looking forward to a great year.
